At some point (maybe 4 years ago) i got interested in wooden toys. Puzzles and the like. There is a whole industry there. While looking around i found the wooden clocks current 
. And also Clayton’s clocks website. They are extremely interesting. I actually understood how the gears work in such a clock while looking at how they build it. Technically is not that complicated (a simple excel will help you with gear ratios) but the art is in the clock design.
